One of the original conquistadores from Tilea who visited the temple and removed part of the golden ward the elves had placed there to contain the aspect of Tzeentch which had been unleashed upon the world. He was corrupted by one of the worms released by removing the ward and transformed into a Kharisiri. He wandered the mountain region mindlessly for decades until Augustus Rousseau arrived in the area. This awakened the demonic aspect inside of de Mendoza and he started working with Rousseau on the plan to destroy the remaining of the ward.
